Please make sure to carefully read our return and exchange policy before placing an order. Thank you for your understanding.
⟡ In accordance with consumer protection laws, "THRIVE" offers a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) for online purchases. Returned or exchanged items must be in brand new condition (with intact packaging, gifts, tags, etc.). Otherwise, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
⟡ For hygiene reasons and to protect consumer rights, earrings with ear studs are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. Unless the item is incorrect or defective, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after purchase.
⟡ Exchanges are only available for items that are incorrect or defective, such as receiving items that are severely broken or damaged (this does not include thread ends at the junctions, normal metal oxidation, spots or marks on natural materials and metals, or packaging deformation due to shipping).
⟡ All product photos are of actual items. Due to differences in screen displays, lighting, or individual perception, there may be some color variations. The actual product received will serve as the standard. Color discrepancies are not considered defects.
⟡ Natural materials such as pearls, shells, and stones may have variations in color and shape. We will do our best to pair similar items for shipping, but minor differences in color or shape are not considered defects.
⟡ Special event items (such as custom-made products, clearance sale items, etc.) are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to personal reasons.
⟡ Return shipping fees for personal reasons will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees for incorrect or defective items will be covered by "THRIVE".
⟡ If there are excessive returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, the company reserves the right to suspend future shipments. We appreciate your understanding.

⟡ Before proceeding with a return or exchange, please contact us. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product by messaging our official Instagram , and we will assist you with the process.
⟡ Once the return or exchange is confirmed, please send the item back to the following address:

⟡ We provide handwritten two-part receipts, which are generally included with your order.
⟡ To request that the receipt be mailed separately to a different address or to request a three-part invoice with a uniform number, please note your request in the order notes.
⟡ We will mail the receipt separately by registered mail.
⟡ For a faster refund, please enclose your original invoice with your return package. Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your refund.
