Shipping Time

⟡ All THRIVE products are handmade and produced on a made-to-order basis.

⟡ Standard shipping time is 7 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) after the order is placed successfully.

⟡ Items from the In-stock section will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

⟡ For rush orders or special requests, please contact customer service in advance.

⟡ As the production time varies for each item, orders will generally be shipped together once all items are completed. If you prefer not to wait, we recommend placing separate orders. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Information

⟡ Domestic shipments are processed via Chunghwa Post registered mail to expedite and simplify the process. For 7-11 store-to-store delivery, please message us on Instagram with your order number and recipient details.

⟡ International shipping options include Chunghwa Post registered mail, EMS, DHL, or SF Express, depending on the region.

⟡ For domestic (Taiwan) delivery, shipping takes approximately 2 to 4 days, while outlying islands may take around 7 days (excluding weekends).

⟡ 7-11 store-to-store delivery typically takes 2 to 3 days.

⟡ International deliveries via Chunghwa Post registered mail, SF Express, or other courier services (depending on the destination) take approximately 7 to 30 days. For urgent orders, please contact us to discuss expedited shipping options.

⟡ Free domestic shipping is available for single purchases over NTD 6,000. Free international shipping is available for single purchases over NTD 12,000.
