- Care Instructions
⟡ All beaded products are made with high-tensile strength professional weaving thread. Please avoid excessive force, heavy pressure, or dropping from heights to prevent deformation of metal parts or bead breakage.
⟡ Metalwork or metallic products may experience oxidation over time and with exposure to humidity, which is a normal phenomenon.
⟡ For gold-plated brass components, avoid contact with water or chemicals. Do not wear them in sulfur hot springs or similar environments.
⟡ When not in use, wipe with a dry cloth. If cleaning is necessary, use water only and thoroughly dry afterward. Store in a plastic ziplock bag to minimize exposure to air and reduce oxidation.
- Warranty
⟡ All products come with a three-month warranty against non-human-related defects.
⟡ If the damage is determined to be human-caused, we will assess the situation and may charge a repair fee accordingly.
⟡ The warranty covers issues such as thread breakage or metal part replacements. Damages caused by obvious misuse, violent handling, or impacts are not covered. Other technical repairs may not be supported.
- Repair Service
⟡ Over time, or with long-term wear, products may sustain damage or scratches, which is normal. You may send them back to our studio for repairs or maintenance.
⟡ Since the repair method varies by item, please message us on Instagram for a quote based on the extent of the repair. (Repairs beyond the 3-month warranty period start at NT$300.)
- Replating Service
⟡ For gold-plated products, if you require re-plating, please contact us for assistance. (Re-plating services start at NT$800.)
